Eligibility required for application-

Post: Nursing Officer / (Staff Nurse- Grade II)

Group Category: ‘B’

Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade pay of Rs. 4600/- [Level 7 as per 7th CPC (Rs.44900-142400)]

Age: Limit required: Should be between 21 – 30 years, for SC/ST the age is relaxed up to 05 years, for OBC category the age relaxation is maximum 03 years. However, for Orthopedic Physical Handicapped, the age is relaxed up to 10 years (for general), 13 years (for OBC), 15 years for SC/ST category of candidates as on the last date of application form submission.

Essential Educational Qualification:

1. (i) Degree of B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized Institute/ University by Indian Nursing Council OR Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing/ B.Sc. (Post-certificate) from a recognized Institute/ University by Indian Nursing Council (ii) should be registered as Nurses & Midwife in State / Indian Nursing Council.

OR

1. (i) Should have Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from a recognized Institute / Board or Council by Indian Nursing Council (ii) should be Registered as Nurses & Midwife in State/Indian Nursing Council; (iii) Two years’ experience in minimum 50 bedded Hospital after acquiring above mentioned educational qualification.

Selection Process:

After filling the online application form, candidates are advised to keep visiting the website of AIIMS Rishikesh, regularly. The call letter and admit cards will be issued to candidates with the valid application at least 15 days before the date of the exam. On entering the registration number or application number, candidates can download the admit cards from the official website of AIIMS. No communication in this regard will be done through post.

The candidates will be required to appear in the Written Test/ Skill Test/ Interview at their own cost. No TA/DA shall be paid for that.
