The application can be filled up online from 31-12-2019 to 30-01-2020 till 11.59 PM, thereafter website link will be disabled. No offline application can be made.

Q. Minimum Essential Qualification Required
10+2 preferably with Science from a recognized Board of School Education.
Qualified “A” Grade Nurse (Diploma in GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University/Institution.
Desirable Qualification Required:
The candidate should know the customs, manners, and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.
Q. Written Exam Syllabus
In the written exam for HP staff nurse, Knowledge of the candidates will be tested as per this Syllabus:
Screening test will be objective type that will consist of 170 MCQ (Multiple Choice Based Questions) from following areas: -
Subject / area concerned with the prescribed as essential qualification(s) - 120 questions
General Knowledge including the General Knowledge of State Himachal Pradesh, Current Affairs, Social Science, Everyday Science, Logic, General English and General Hindi up to the Matric standard -50 questions
Q. Mode of Selection -Part-I (Written test of 85 marks)
The Written Objective Type Screening test of two hours duration will consist of 170 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) of 85 marks. Each question will be of ½ marks. The skill tests wherever applicable will be of qualifying nature for those who qualify the Written Objective type Screening Test.
Q. Part-II (Evaluation of 15 Marks)
Evaluation of 15 marks in respect of shortlisted candidates after qualifying written objective screening test / subjective tests and skill tests/physical/practical tests, if any, will be carried out as per the following criteria:- weight to minimum qualification, belonging to notified panchayat or backward area, landless family, non-employment certificate, NSS/NCC/Bharat Scouts Certificate, BPL Family, Widow/Separated/Destitute/Single woman, Single daughter/orphan, Related training of 6 months, Experience of work for the post applied for in Government or Semi-government Sector.
